Industrial Cementitious Screed

An exceptionally robust cementitious levelling compound, laid at approximately 8mm thickness. It is ideally suited for warehouses, factories, and other high-traffic industrial environments where forklifts, trolleys, and heavy machinery are frequently used.

Durable and Versatile

Designed to withstand significant mechanical stress, this screed provides a tough, level surface that enhances the longevity of industrial flooring. Its high compressive strength makes it an excellent choice for both new installations and refurbishments.

This system can be coated monolithically to achieve a higher degree of cleanliness, making it ideal for areas where hygiene and ease of maintenance are essential. It can also be sealed or coated with additional resin layers to further enhance chemical resistance and durability.

Fast Curing and Practical Application

System curing is temperature dependent:

• Walkable after approximately 6 hours
• Normal traffic can be achieved after 32 hours at 15-18°C

Adaptable to Various Substrates

By default, this system is supplied in concrete grey. However, it can be applied over different substrates, including timber, with appropriate preparation methods to ensure stability and adhesion.
