Tasked with urgent floor repairs in a live fruit packing environment, Adept used fast-curing Bulletcrete systems to deliver durable, hygienic surfaces without disrupting IPL’s highly time-sensitive operations.

Adept installed a factory-wide emergency route using Speedy Line resin, with anti-slip treads and nosings on staircases. All work was done over weekends to avoid disrupting production at this busy snack manufacturer.

Working to a 48-hour weekend window, Adept delivered flexible, solvent-free polyurethane flooring across complex surfaces including mezzanines, and installed an anti-static system using copper tape and conductive aggregate.

In a secure central London site, Adept installed seamless, low-odour polyurethane floors one level at a time. Each phase was delivered within strict timeframes to support the lab’s relocation and return to operations.

Similar to Allied, Greggs required quick, effective repairs inside and out. Using Bulletcrete, Adept completed works during restricted hours, delivering durable surfaces without disrupting continuous production.

At this fast-paced baking site, Adept used Bulletcrete rapid repair mortar for joint and concrete repairs, adding demarcation lines and zebra crossings to improve site safety, all completed within tight downtime windows.

Working around the clock at a 24/7 logistics site, Adept installed MMA resin flooring in chilled warehouses and carried out major road repairs with minimal disruption, using a traffic-light system to manage haulage operations.

They specifically wanted a white floor.  White floors have a tendency to turn yellow with constant exposure to light so we had to ensure we offered a product that would keep its colour. We offered a resin bound stone carpet using white tumbled marble and ensured that the epoxy resin used was UV stable.

To address the Leighton’s requirements, we installed a 4mm MMA quartz screed and a formed cove created around the perimeters. To give the hygienic, sterile floor the Leighton wanted we incorporated an anti-bacterial additive into the final seal coats. The project took one week to complete. Colours were chosen to compliment the kennel’s existing colour scheme.

Travis Perkins has an extremely busy Distribution Centre in Northampton where there is continuous heavy forklift traffic use. They were having a slip problem with all of their Goods In and Goods Out entrances. They had used several products to try to resolve the problem but each had lasted not more than a month before failing.

The owner of the nightclub in Stamford wanted to produce an attractive, drinking area for his customers with a beach impression. The surface floor needed to have a natural pebble stone look but would also need to be practical, easy to clean and withstand the seasonal elements.

Big stainless steel vats were constantly being transferred across the floor containing pie filling weighing in excess of 750 kg. The trucks transporting them were running on three nylon wheels, this was creating heavy point loading across a particular route and the existing floor was unable to stand up to this constant heavy wear.

We were contacted by Didier Patisserie, makers of high quality, hand-made deserts, to see if we could solve the problem they were having with their vinyl floor. The vinyl was splitting and breaking up allowing water to get underneath, causing a trip and slip hazard.
