Part of the Asda Group, IPL is one of the UK’s largest privately owned food processing businesses. Their vast site in Kent handles the import, packing, and distribution of perishables including berries, citrus fruits, melons, and top fruits.

Challenge

With highly perishable goods in constant circulation, any interruption to operations could result in major product loss. Adept was brought in to carry out essential flooring repairs inside the packing facilities, with time and precision critical to the success of the project.

Solution

We deployed a team to carry out extensive **rapid repairs** using **Bulletcrete** and other fast-curing resin systems, chosen for their speed, strength, and reliability in food-grade environments. The programme was carefully planned to minimise disruption to workflows and ensure quick return to full operation.
